Guilin/Yangshuo 3-Day Private Tour with Terraces

You will be at the hotel in Guilin at 9:00am or at Guilin airport in the morning then bring you to Ping'an Village directly.

See the villages of the minority people of this area namely the Yao and Zhuang tribes on the way. Ping'an Village, home to the Zhuang people, was closed to the outside world due to the bad road conditions until 1997. Remarkable traditions and outlooks are preserved even though the majority of the local villagers have picked up second careers as restaurant staff, hostel or café owner, luggage porter or sedan chair carrier. This is probably a brilliant way to make a better living during slack farming season. At harvest, they will be busy harvesting crops in the fields, becoming a part of the scenery.

You can go to visit the tea farm and the Long Hair village on the way if you are interested (exclude the long hair show). In the area around Ping'an village there are many walking trails but the most popular is a walking trail of about 2 hours along the rice terraces with some beautiful views. Visit the No. 1 and No. 2 view in Ping'an village. Once the day‘s touring is complete, take you back to the hotel in Guilin. You will have a relax evening by yourself this day.

The appearance of the terraces changes with the season – they're filled with pure clear water from the mountains in spring, green during the growing season in summer, golden when the rice is ready to be harvested in autumn, and wonderfully white when it snows in winter. The best time to visit is from May to October.

The guide and driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel in Guilin, after you check out, drive to Yangshuo Town.

Firstly, visit the Sliver Cave (This is the biggest one and the most beautiful one in this area), Around 1 hours hiking inside the tour, You will enjoy the beautiful stalactites, It's Fantastic.

Next, drive to the Li River side and take motorized raft trip on Li river ( from Xingping to 9 horses mountain then back to Xingping around 50 minutes trip ), the best view of Li River ). Among others, you will be able to see the real view that corresponds to the back of 20 RMB note. The scenery along the boat trip is regarded as the most beautiful view of the Li River.

Please note: The kids who are under 1.2 meters can not take the raft trip, we will have backup option instead.

Then drive to Yangshuo, you can stop by to visit the Fuli town on the way if you are interest. Stay overnight in Yangshuo. (It always busy time on this river in the morning, so it might do the Li River trip at noon time that more quiet and more relax for the trip.)

Start the tour from your hotel in Yangshuo. We will visit the Seven Star Tea Farm, where you discover the beauty of the tea tree hills and the origin of your tea. You get to taste tea (this is not a tea scam!) and the farm's staff will teach you about tea culture in the tea farm.

We then continue on the road towards Xianggong Hill. This hill is located in the Li river scenic area, you can see a wonderful panoramic view of Li river valley on the top of the hill. It's used to be a famous spot for shooting the sunrise of Li river among the local photographers. There are many beautiful views of the mountains and the orange tree farms along the way. The famous beautiful sunrise view is on the top of the Xianggong Hill. You can climb this mountain to take amazing pictures and it's not a difficult hiking up and down.

Last, cycle through the beautiful countryside road and lanes, relax at this peace area, you also can have a chance to visit a local family and talk with the local residents.

You can choose to be dropped off at the airport in Guilin or the hotel in Yangshuo.
