How to Pay


At Catherine Lu Tours, we offer different options for payment at your convenience. For questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us by phone, email, or by using the message form located on the right of this website!

Using Paypal is safe and easy! Just:

1: Sign up for a Paypal account

2: Link your Paypal account to your bank account, credit card, or debit card

3: Use Paypal to pay when you checkout

4: You're done!

Important Note:

  • Catherine Lu Tours payment account is snow_lxh@163.com. We require a 30% deposit of the total tour cost to confirm your booking.

  • If you want us to book hotels, airfare, train tickets in advance for you then we request you should pay for more deposit for those extra service!

  • If you want to make the full payment of the tours via paypal or credit card Master card then you have to pay extra 4% service fee charged by paypal.

Option 3: Western Union Transfer 西联.jpg

You can also choose to pay us deposit through Western Union if it is available in your area where you live. Western Union is an ideal way for the late bookings as it is the fastest way to pay us. We can get your money in a couple of minutes after you send the money.

Attention:After you send us the money, please tell us the full name of the Sender's first name and last name, sum of money, details of your address, and also the Money Transfer Control Number provided by Western Union.

After booking and confirmation, we accept cash payment when we meet up on the day of your tour. We would prefer the balance to be paid in Chinese cash!

If you don't want to pay the deposit in advance and you are absolutely certain that you will not cancel the trip with us, please contact us to negotiate the terms of cash payment. We are flexible and wish to accommodate to your every convenience!


BOOKING, PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

1.  PAYMENT TERMS

To secure your booking, the following payment schedule applies:

· Deposit — 30%:  30% of the total tour cost is due at the time of booking confirmation. Your reservation will not be guaranteed until this deposit is received.

· Final Payment — 70%:  The remaining balance of 70% must be paid no later than 14 days (two weeks) prior to the start of your tour or first service date.

· Late Payment:  Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payments received after the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

 

2.  CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans may change. Our refund policy is structured as follows:

2a.  Tours Without Pre-Booked Flights or Train Tickets

If your tour package does not include any pre-purchased flights or train tickets, the following applies:

· Full Refund:  A full refund of all payments made (including the deposit) will be issued, provided we receive written notice of cancellation at least 7 days (one week) before the scheduled tour start date.

· Late Cancellation:  Cancellations received with less than 7 days' notice will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible.

2b.  Tours Including Pre-Booked Flights or Train Tickets

If flights or train tickets have already been purchased on your behalf as part of your tour arrangement, the following applies:

· Ticket Cancellation Deductions:  Any non-refundable or partially refundable costs incurred for flights and/or train tickets will be deducted from the total refund amount.

· Remaining Refund:  The refundable portion (total payments received minus actual ticket cancellation losses) will be returned to the client.

· Transparency:  We will provide full documentation of all cancellation fees charged by airlines or rail operators. Refund processing may take up to 14 business days depending on the carrier's policy.

 

3.  HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to your designated tour coordinator. The cancellation date is defined as the date on which written notice is received.
